Returns

Returns are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, shipping damages, or wrong product received.

To process a return/exchange request:

You must provide the original purchase invoice

Attach minimum two photographs clearly showing the issue

In case of shipping damage or wrong product received, an unboxing video is mandatory

We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is purchased directly from our official website kavshionline.in or our showroom.

Products bought from any other website/platform/dealer must follow the return policy of that respective seller.

The product should be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.

A replacement will be dispatched once we receive the returned product with original packaging and documentation intact.

Before Shipping:

We cannot provide refunds if the product is damaged due to improper return packing.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
