4. Order, Acceptance & Cancellation

  • We may cancel orders if Products are out of stock, pricing or description errors occur, payment verification fails, or in case of suspicious/fraudulent activity.

  • If an order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Risk

  • Estimated delivery times are only indicative — delays may occur due to courier service, customs (for export), logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once a Product is handed over to the courier/shipping partner, the risk and responsibility for safe transit passes to the buyer. Please inspect the parcel carefully on delivery.

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective Product, do not accept the delivery or record an “unboxing video” and contact us immediately.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns/exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or wrong product received — provided the claim is submitted within the allowed return window and with required documentation (invoice copy, photos, unboxing video if applicable).

  • Products must be returned in original condition, with original packaging, accessories, and tags intact. Products damaged due to misuse, wear-and-tear, or improper handling may not be accepted.

  • Once we receive and verify the returned Product, we will either replace it or issue a refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–10 business days after acceptance of return.

  • Shipping costs for return are covered only when return is due to our error (defect, wrong item, damage during shipping).
